By accessing or using NudeBot AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.
2. Age Requirement and Prohibited Content
2.1 Age Restriction You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using this Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2.2 Strictly Prohibited Content The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access:
- No Minor-Related Content: Any text, prompts, or requests involving minors, underage individuals, or content that could be interpreted as depicting minors is strictly forbidden
- No Real Persons Without Consent: Creating or attempting to create nude or explicit images of real, identifiable persons without their explicit written consent
- No Illegal Content: Any content that violates local, state, federal, or international law
- No Non-Consensual Content: Including but not limited to revenge porn, deepfakes of real persons, or any form of non-consensual intimate imagery
- No Harmful Content: Content promoting violence, self-harm, or dangerous activities
3. Image Generation Terms

3.2 Content Responsibility You are solely responsible for:
- The prompts and text you submit
- Ensuring your requests comply with these Terms
- Any use or distribution of generated images
3.3 AI-Generated Content Notice
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Service Content The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content) remain the property of NudeBot AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
4.2 User Generated Content By submitting content to our Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content in any existing or future media.
4.3 AI Output Images generated by our AI are provided "as is" and may be subject to various usage restrictions based on the underlying AI model's terms.
5. Privacy and Data
5.1 Data Collection We collect and process data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our Service, you consent to such processing.
5.2 No Personal Information in Prompts Do not include personal information about yourself or others in your prompts or requests.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our Service:
- For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
- To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
- To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
- To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
- To submit false or misleading information
- To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
- To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service
7. Service Modifications and Availability

7.2 Service Availability We do not guarantee that our Service will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems requiring maintenance.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
8.1 "As Is" Basis Our Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
8.2 Content Accuracy We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the AI-generated content.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall NudeBot AI, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NudeBot AI and its licensees, licensors, employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NudeBot AI operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

15. Severability

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
